Social Wrapper for Law Update

I blogged about the idea of a social wrapper for law a few months ago. Kerry Anderson of the African Legal Information Institute has been working on a project to create an interface that enables people to do more than simply access primary legal information (statutes, cases) but to comment on the information; in effect a social wrapper for law.
